汽蒸螺旋是連續蒸煮系統的主要部件，屬于一類壓力容器。原料經過前面的處理之后，進入汽蒸螺旋內與藥液一起被攪拌混合均勻，并按規定的壓力和溫度進行通汽加溫一定時間，使原料蒸煮成漿或半漿，并推送到下一設備。蒸煮系統一般由3根或4根蒸煮管連接組成，使藥液能與物料充分的混合和加溫加壓蒸煮。

工作原理

WORKING PRINCIPLE

汽蒸螺旋是連續蒸煮系統的主要部件，屬于一類壓力容器。原料經過前面的處理之后，進入汽蒸螺旋內與藥液一起被攪拌混合均勻，并按規定的壓力和溫度進行通汽加溫一定時間，使原料蒸煮成漿或半漿，并推送到下一設備。蒸煮系統一般由3根或4根蒸煮管連接組成，使藥液能與物料充分的混合和加溫加壓蒸煮。

The steam spiral is the main component of a continuous cooking system and belongs to a type of pressure vessel. After the previous treatment, the raw materials enter the steam distillation spiral and are mixed evenly with the medicine solution. They are then steamed and heated according to the specified pressure andl temperature for a certain period of time to make the raw materials into pulp or semi pulp and pushed to the next equipment. The cooking system is generally composed of 3 or 4 cooking pipes, so that the liquid medicine can be fully mixed with the materials and heated and pressurized cooking.
