設(shè)備特點
a)進料螺旋部分采用液壓自動補償系統(tǒng),自動補償蒸煮器不同溫度下其熱膨脹量不同而產(chǎn)生的進料螺旋頭部高度的變化。
b)主軸與磨室體之間的密封采用先進的機械密封結(jié)構(gòu)。工作時,它與主軸不產(chǎn)生磨擦,機械密封內(nèi)高壓密封水用水量少,噴放纖維含水率低,降低了干燥機能耗。
c)主機轉(zhuǎn)動圓盤采用單方向旋轉(zhuǎn),操作簡便。
d)蒸煮器木片料位采用r射線檢測,不但能準確地顯示木片料位變化,而且也能控制進料螺旋進料量多少,以滿足工藝對木片預(yù)熱時間的要求。
e)運輸螺旋與帶式螺旋之間以補償節(jié)連接,可以消除主機與蒸煮器之間由于熱變形而產(chǎn)生的影響。
f)采用帶式螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)可以將進入磨盤之間的木片與蒸汽分離開來。減少了磨削時蒸汽對進料的影響。
a) The feeding screw part adopts a hydraulic automatic compensation system, which automatically compensates for the changes in the height of the feeding screw head caused by the different thermal expansion of the digester at different temperatures.
b) The sealing between the spindle and the grinding chamber adopts an advanced mechanical sealing structure. When working, it does not generate friction with the main shaft, and the high-
pressure sealing water inside the mechanical seal requires less water. The water content of the sprayed fibers is low, which reduces the energy consumption of the dryer.
c) The main engine rotates the disc in a single direction, making it easy to operate.
d) The wood chip level of the digester is detected by X-ray, which not only accurately displays the changes in wood chip level, but also controls the amount of spiral feeding to meet the process requirements for wood chip preheating time.
e) The compensation section connection between the transport screw and the belt screw can eliminate the impact caused by thermal deformation between the main machine and the digester.
f) The use of a belt spiral structure can separate the wood chips entering between the grinding discs from the steam. Reduced the impact of steam on feed during grinding.

The thermal mill is a device that continuously grinds and separates wood chips of certain specifications after water washing and magnetic separation into qualified fibers after being heated and softened by saturated steam.
