設備特點
適用于稻麥草、蘆葦、木片、竹片、蔗渣、棉稈、玉米稈、龍須草、麻類、灌木、枝極材、木屑、木條等原料的直接粗磨，可直接將原料處理成纖維絲絨（細長纖維化），高濃磨漿減少纖維切斷，擠壓纖維細胞壁分裂，加速藥液滲透。
蒸煮時可增大裝球量，縮短蒸煮時間，減少化學品用量（用藥量占傳統蒸煮用藥的1/4）減少環境污染，以及利于下端工序的打漿，簡化制漿流程，可實現清潔制漿。配合高濃度磨漿機，高效精磨機可制成不同漿種標準的化學本色漿、全化學漂白漿、半化學機械漿、冷法高得率漿、機械漿。
